Attorney Clair E. Beaver

In February 2025, Attorney Clair E. Beaver joined Beaver & Beaver PC.  Clair Beaver has several years' experience as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and as a legal advisor to the Indiana Department of Correction.  Clair is deeply familiar with all facets of the criminal justice system- investigations and search warrants, charging information, pretrial detention and bond, discovery, expert witnesses, jury trials, sentencing, credit time, and probation.  As a prosecutor, Clair earned a reputation for her deep knowledge, attention to detail, and her dedication.

Clair Beaver will lead Beaver & Beaver P.C.'s criminal practice and will focus in the area of criminal defense and related civil matters including juvenile, expungements, specialized driving privileges, forfeitures, and extraditions.

Clair Beaver is the spouse of Attorney Eric J. Beaver.
